Recent years have seen an increase in people engaging in wild water swimming and our partners at Water Safety Scotland have released a new video highlighting some open water swimming safety measures.

The video was filmed with Jenny Paterson from ‘Wild Wimmin Swimmin’ and gives key advice on how to keep safe when open water swimming in Scotland’s waterways.
