About 2130 hours, on Tuesday 18th August 2026, Police Scotland were informed of two males in a vehicle acting in a suspicious manner in the area of Kilbryde and Brack Road, Doune.

Then about 2230 hours, same date, Police Scotland were informed of two males acting in a suspicious manner in the Old Doune Road, Dunblane area.

Police Officers attended both locations and carried out an area search with no persons or vehicle being traced. 

It is unknown if these incidents are linked to criminality.

Your Community Policing Team would like to remind everyone to lock and secure their homes, outbuildings and vehicles to prevent theft and other criminality. 

Please consider crime prevention measures such as CCTV Cameras, Video Doorbells, PIR Lighting and signage to warn off any would-be thieves.
